This morning has been spent making smoothies. Very productive revision for the exam I have tomorrow, huh? This one is really simple. All that's in it is some ice-cubes, a pot of vanilla yoghurt and a handful of raspberries. I just used a hand blender as I seem to have lost my smoothie maker (how do you lose something that big?) and sprinkled another little handful of raspberries on the top. Honestly, it tastes like heaven. It's nice and cool because of the ice and the yoghurt adds thickness which is a handy trick if, like me, you don't like banana which so many people seem to think is the only way to add texture to a smoothie. I never believe the "you can't even taste the banana!" because I can smell it from a mile off and even the smell makes me feel a bit queasy. I think smoothies are really good brain food and also, they taste like they should be unhealthy, when really you're drinking a big cup of health. I love them!
This is actually yesterday's outfit and I will apologise now for the very vacant looking face. I'm a fan of looking happy in photos but it apparently itdidn't work here? I don't know?
